Job Title: Design Manager
Business Type: Manufacturing and Sales of automotive air-conditioning systems
Location: Rojana, Ayutthaya
Job Type: Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00 hrs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee design activities, product testing, and control of project management standards, operations, and integration under ISO/TS16949, 150, 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant standards.
- Training and developing personnel to improve performance and service, and reduce product costs.
- Improve design and testing activities, manage changes to create new products.
- Carry out various activities for organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree of Engineering in Mechanical or related fields
- At least 5 years in management
- Skill in project management
- Coordination skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Skills in cross-functional team activities
- Has strong communication skills and proficiency in English or Japanese
- Has computer skills for design
- Knowledge of product testing
- Knowledge of reading blueprints and designing products
- Knowledge of automotive air conditioning systems
