PR/119157 | CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with CEO and Board to define and execute Corporate Strategy with providing data-driven insights to optimize the company’s portfolio and leading the overall of Accounting and Finance Departments (Accounting Closing, Financial & Management Reports, Consolidation Package etc.)

• Capital Structure & Funding: Oversee capital raising through diverse instruments to support large-scale residential and commercial developments.

• Investor Relations & Compliance: Act as the primary liaison with the SET, SEC, institutional investors, and analysts, ensuring transparent and impactful communication.

• Performance Optimization: Lead in Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Financial Modeling Processes

• Risk Management & Governance: Strengthen “Internal Controls and Reporting Frameworks to ensure the highest standards of Corporate Governance

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting 

• 15+ years in Finance & Accounting roles with at 5+ years in a C-suite or Senior level
• Hold a CPA - Certificated Public Accountant (Thailand) and CPD License - (Continuing Professional Development) are highly preferred!
• Familiarity with advanced ERP systems and business intelligence tools to modernize financial operations & systems
• A "People First" leader who can mentor a high-performing Finance Team and foster a culture of integrity and excellence.
• Fair command of English
