Responsible for managing and coordinating electrical systems including LV/MV, ELV, lighting, and related M&E works to ensure compliance with design intent, standards, and authority
Key Responsibilities
Review electrical drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve electrical issues.
Oversee electrical installation quality and compliance.
Manage RFI/TQ responses and ensure proper documentation.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems.
Ensure statutory compliance for all electrical works.
Implement Kajima Total Management Systems procedures.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
5 to 6 years of working experience in data center, factory and warehouse projects
Experience in building services, electrical installation, and testing.
Strong understanding of electrical design and authority requirements.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
