Job Description
The Engineer/Senior Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for coordinating all mechanical engineering works including HVAC, piping, and related M&E systems, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Review mechanical design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical or site issues.
Manage shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
Monitor site installation of mechanical systems to ensure quality and compliance.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Support project team on mechanical-related design and construction matters.
Participate in QA/QC reviews and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Implement all procedures as required by Kajima Total Management Systems.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in mechanical engineering in construction or industrial projects.
5 to 6 years of working experience in data center, factory and warehouse projects
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, piping, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
