Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The BIM Modeler is responsible for developing BIM models, coordinating design interfaces, and supporting BIM implementation according to project and Kajima standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage 3D BIM models for CSA/M&E disciplines.
- Coordinate with BIM Manager/Project Manager on BIM execution.
- Support clash detection, design coordination, and drawing production.
- Review BIM models and ensure quality and accuracy.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Maintain BIM execution plan and documentation.
- Provide BIM-related assistance to project teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural/Architecture).
- At least 3 years of BIM modeling experience.
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or data center projects is preferred.
