・CFD投資サービスの日本語カスタマーサポート業務を担当
・ライブチャット、メール、電話による問い合わせ対応(大半がライブチャット)
・システムを利用した適切なエスカレーション
・リクエスト進捗フォローアップ、ステータス連絡
・レポート作成、関連ドキュメント整備
・各地域の提出書類の確認(時間単位でチェック)

【必須条件】
•大学卒以上(ビジネス関連の学位、経験尚可)
