職務概要
本ポジションは、新規・既存顧客との関係構築を通じて売上拡大を図るとともに、プロジェクトの見積もり・計画・実行を支援する役割です。英語・日本語の両方で関係者と連携し、プロジェクトが期限内・安全・予算内で進むよう調整を行います。日本語を使用するクライアントやサプライヤーを含む多様な関係者と協働し、プロジェクト提案から推進までを高品質に遂行します。
職務内容
既存・新規顧客への営業活動、関係構築
図面・仕様書の確認、コストや工数の見積もり
プリコンストラクションの計画立案（予算・スケジュール）
プロジェクト開始〜完了までの一連の工程管理
現場訪問／品質確認業務
関係者（クライアント、下請業者、サプライヤー等）とのコミュニケーションと調整
プロジェクト会議への参加、進捗管理
プロジェクトクローズアウト対応
応募資格
工学（建築／機械／電気）または建設マネジメント関連の学位
産業または建設分野での5年以上の実務経験
建設契約の基礎知識
マルチタスク能力・計画管理能力
見積・スケジュール調整能力
OSHA の安全基準への理解
Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、Outlook、Project）スキル
英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベルでのコミュニケーション能力
勤務地 インディアナ州インディアナポリス（オンサイト勤務）
給与 USD90,000-100,000 + その他ベネフィットあり
その他
工事現場での PPE（保護具）着用が必要
プロジェクトに応じて残業・週末勤務の可能性あり
出張が最大 50% 発生
