職務概要
本ポジションは、後期臨床から承認・商業化まで一貫してCMC戦略をリードいただく、非常に重要な役割です。
職務内容
主力製品・パイプラインにおける臨床〜商業段階のCMC戦略策定・実行
API／製剤の開発、スケールアップ、CDMOへの技術移転
規制申請書類（IND、IMPD、NDA/BLA、MAA等）におけるCMCパート（Module 3、QOS）の作成・レビュー
CMC観点からの規制当局対応
cGMP遵守、品質保証（逸脱管理、記録レビュー、ロット判定など）
CDMO、試験機関、サプライヤー等の外部パートナー管理
製造予算の管理、長期的な製造計画の策定
臨床・薬事・QA・商業部門との連携
応募資格
製薬／バイオテック業界でのCMC経験10年以上
うち後期開発または商業化段階の経験5年以上
CDMO管理経験
規制要件の深い理解
英語および／または日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
スピード感ある環境で自律的に動けるマインドセット
歓迎要件
薬学、化学、化学工学などの博士号・修士号
グローバル規制申請（IND/IMPD/NDA/BLA/MAA）のCMCパート主導経験
薬剤×医療機器コンビネーション製品の経験
勤務地 米国内でのリモート勤務
給与 USD170,000-300,000
