Job Description
We are a global distribution company connecting Japan and the world through the export and import wholesale of books, magazines, and lifestyle goods, as well as publishing distribution support services. Our product range includes books, magazines, household goods, food items, and pharmaceuticals, which we supply to approximately 80 countries worldwide.
In 2025, we established our European subsidiary to further strengthen the global expansion of Japanese content. We are now seeking a Sales Assistant to support our growing operations in Europe.
Position: Sales AssistantMain Responsibilities
- Order processing and coordination
- Handling phone inquiries
- Communication with the headquarters in Japan
- Client correspondence and support
- Issuing invoices and other sales administration tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Business-level Japanese
- Business-level English
- German proficiency is a plus
