Company Overview
Our client a leading engineering company with a significant global presence. They specialize in a broad range of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications engineering services for various sectors, including building, industrial, and infrastructure projects. As they continue to drive growth and expansion, they are now seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (Quality Control), to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and rigorously manage comprehensive quality control procedures for all electrical works on project sites.
• Conduct thorough inspections, audits, and testing of electrical installations, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance.
• Review and verify electrical shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements for strict adherence to specifications and standards.
• Monitor workmanship meticulously, guaranteeing alignment with project specifications and the highest quality standards.
• Prepare detailed non-conformance reports (NCRs), track corrective actions diligently, and ensure their timely closure.
• Act as a key liaison with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to effectively resolve all quality-related issues.
• Maintain meticulous quality documentation, inspection records, and test reports for audit readiness and project traceability.
• Support project handover and commissioning processes by ensuring all electrical quality requirements are met and verified.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience specifically in quality control for electrical works within large-scale construction projects.
• Possess strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, industry standards, and robust QA/QC practices.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and authority requirements applicable in Singapore.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates effective communication and coordination skills, capable of engaging with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in industrial or large infrastructure projects is a distinct advantage.
• Willingness to work at our Tuas project site; transportation pick-up available from designated MRT stations.
