●職務内容
世界中のお客様へ商品をスムーズにお届けするため、商品の購買・発注管理業務、およびセラーや社内からの問い合わせ対応をお任せします。
<主な仕事内容>
・購買・発注業務: ECサイトでの注文に基づく商品の購入手配、発注データの入力および管理業務
・セラーおよび社内からの問い合わせ対応: 品切れや配送イレギュラーなどが発生した際の仕入先(韓国セラーなど)への確認
・調整、および関連部署(物流・CSなど)からの社内問い合わせへの対応
・事務作業: PCを使用したデータ入力、関連書類の整理など
