職務内容
- 生命保険事業におけるサーバ（Windows/Linux）設計・構築・保守
- 開発・試験・本番環境のサーバ／ミドルウェア運用
- サーバ・ストレージリプレイス等のプロジェクト管理
- グループ内保険会社のオフィスIT環境構築
- 社内ユーザへの技術サポート・環境整備

Required Skills
- Windows Serverの要件定義・設計・構築経験（2年以上）
- ミドルウェア設計・構築経験（3年以上）
- Linux Server設計・構築経験（1年以上）
- 社内SE経験（2年以上）
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- 主体的に行動し、周囲を巻き込んで推進できる方
- 自ら手を動かし、構築・障害調査も行える方
- 仮想化環境構築経験があれば歓迎
- プロジェクトリーダー経験があれば歓迎
