  • 採用戦略の立案および実行
  • 人材育成・研修・L&D施策の推進
  • HRチームのマネジメントおよび育成

Join a global automotive manufacturing leader as an HR Manager, where you will drive organizational transformation, strengthen employee engagement, and embed strong corporate values across the business. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition activities to attract and retain high-quality professionals
  • Drive learning, training, and talent development programs aligned with business needs
  • Manage and develop HR team members to deliver effective people support
  • Oversee performance management and talent management processes
  • Plan and coordinate employee events and engagement initiatives
  • Support global mobility and international assignment processes
  • Manage HR vendors and external partners
  • Analyze HR data and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
