- 東京エリア内の複数店舗の運営管理
- 販売目標達成に向けた戦略立案・実行
- 店舗スタッフの教育・指導・パフォーマンスマネジメント
- 在庫管理および商品陳列（VMD）の最適化
- 顧客満足度向上施策の企画・推進
- 競合分析および市場トレンドの把握
- 売上データ分析とレポート作成
- 本社と店舗間のコミュニケーション調整
