Data Center IT Security Engineer データセンターITセキュリティエンジニア | Infrastructure Security (Flexible Budget)



Our client, a company in the data center industry, is seeking a Data Center - IT Security Engineer. This role offers the opportunity to ensure the secure and reliable operation of critical datacenter infrastructure, providing a chance to work with both IT and OT environments. The position offers a flexible budget and requires proficiency in both Japanese and English.


Key Responsibilities:

• - Deploy and manage datacenter infrastructure and security technologies
• - Monitor and respond to IT and OT security incidents
• - Implement security controls for compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2
• - Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation for datacenter assets
• - Provide Level 1–2 support for infrastructure and security issues
• - Collaborate with teams for datacenter infrastructure changes
• - Maintain documentation for network diagrams and security controls

Qualifications:

• - Fluency in Japanese and English (mandatory)
• - 3–5 years experience in datacenter operations or infrastructure engineering
• - Hands-on experience with switches, routers, firewalls, and network security devices
• - Experience with security technologies: firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, IAM
• - Experience administering Windows and/or Linux servers and virtualization platforms
• - Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, CIS Controls
• - Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization platforms
