Project Manager Consultant

You will be working as a project manager (PM), consultant, and senior system engineer in systems development, focusing on upstream processes. You will be assigned to a department responsible for public-sector projects, including those for government agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects, such as ERP. Many of these projects are national-level, and you may be responsible for management, consulting, and upstream design for large-scale projects, with 10-20 people already involved in the requirements definition phase and over 100 people involved during development.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

・General upstream processes such as system proposals to customers, business analysis, requirements definition, customer negotiations, and team communication.
・Project management (progress management, risk management, quality control, cost management, etc.).
・Project management and consulting work for large-scale projects (100+ people).
・For senior SEs, technical leadership from upstream to downstream, including DBA (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.), test planning and promotion, architect lead, and system migration planning.

Managers and above will also be responsible for managing personnel resources and income and expenditures. We will work together as one team with global members, including those in Vietnam, to advance development and operations.

・Experience as a PM in system development
・Even if you have no experience as a PM, you have more than 5 years of experience as a system engineer and want to be involved in upstream processes as a PM or consultant
・Experience leading projects as a senior consultant

[Senior SE]
5+ years of experience in system development

[Preferred conditions]
・Experience in project management as a leader and experience in mentoring and training young people
・Experience as a PM or leader of large-scale projects in government agencies, public sector, beverage industry, airports, or finance (this position does not handle financial projects, but the required skills and scale are similar, so this is welcome)
・Experience in implementing and operating core systems such as ERP
・Experience in offshore development
・Experience as an IT architect
・For senior SEs

　- Experience in large-scale system migration
