楽天グループ全体の中長期的なAI＆データ戦略を策定し推進しています。
■業務内容
・プロジェクト企画立案、スケジューリングおよびリソース管理のリードおよびサポート
・各プロジェクトのステータスおよび進捗管理
・プロジェクトのリスクへの解決策の作成および実行
・新しいプロジェクトの機会創出
・プロジェクトチームのコーディネーション
・プロジェクトに関わるドキュメント化の準備および管理
・プロジェクトに係るデータの収集、分析およびレポート作成
・プロジェクトの進捗報告をCEO 役員や部長クラスに行う

・Microsoft Office （パワーポイント、ワード、エクセルなど）を使いこなせる方
・プロジェクトマネージメントツールを使用した経験が3年以上ある方（コンフルエンス、JIRA など）
・一メンバーとして、積極的および効果的にコミュニケーション取られる方
・日本語での読み書き、およびスピーキングに自信がある方
