採用業務の一連管理（End to End Recruitment）
依頼受付からオンボーディングまで、エージェント／ダイレクト双方で採用プロセスをリード。
採用マネージャーと協働し、必要人材・要件を定義。
ATSなどのツールを使い、タレントパイプラインや採用指標を管理し、採用プロセスを改善。
ステークホルダー＆ベンダーマネジメント
社内関係者（採用Mgr・経営陣・HR）および外部エージェントとの関係を構築・維持。
ベンダー管理や派遣採用を監督し、契約・運用の適正性を担保。
雇用ブランド構築・タレントアトラクション
HRと連携し、雇用ブランド施策を企画・実行。
デジタル等のチャネルを活用して優秀人材を獲得。
日本における唯一の採用担当として、自律的に採用活動を遂行。
コラボレーション
グローバル・リージョン・国内のタレントアクイジションプロジェクトに貢献。
