国外を中心に、事業開発における業務全般を担当いただきます。
自社の開発パイプラインの導出や共同研究契約等の獲得にむけた事業開発業務等に従事していただきます。
【業務内容】
・開発品の導出や新規研究・販売提携等の機会探索
・導出候補品の市場性・事業採算性の検討
・導出候補品の導出条件の・案（ディール・ストラクチャリング）
・ターゲット選定とアプローチ戦略の立案、実行
・パートナー候補企業との契約交渉
・研究提携、開発提携、販売提携を含む各種提携スキーム・案および契約交渉

Required Skills

・理系大学出身（※あればbetter：修士（Master）以上、できれば博士（PhD）または薬学等のバックグラウンド）
・英語、日本語がビジネスレベル以上で会話のできる方。
