職務内容
基幹システム再構築を中心とした 大規模開発プロジェクトに、プライムベンダーとして参画していただきます。
長年培ったSAP領域での開発・運用保守の経験を活かし、基本設計以降のフェーズを主導するプロジェクトリーダー（PL）または主要メンバーとして活躍できます。
当社はプライムとして複数大手企業の基幹刷新を担当しており、案件は中長期に及ぶ大規模プロジェクトが中心です。クライアントの業務変革やDX推進に直接関わるため、事業貢献度の高い環境でキャリア形成が可能です。
【業務内容】
基幹システム再構築（SAP）プロジェクトにおける
基本設計・詳細設計・実装・単体/結合テスト・移行・本番導入支援
ABAP開発およびレビュー、品質管理、課題管理
PLロールの場合：
チームマネジメント（5〜10名規模想定）
進捗/課題/リスク管理
クライアントとの調整（必要に応じて英語対応含む）
将来的にはPM/PMOとして上流工程へステップアップ可能 登録資格

Required Skills
■必須条件
・SAPの導入、または保守運用プロジェクトいずれかの経験
（SD/MM/PP/FI/CO 等モジュール不問、複数モジュール経験は歓迎）
・ABAP開発経験、もしくはABAP開発プロジェクトの管理経験
・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力
■歓迎要件
・PM/PL 経験（基幹系刷新・大規模開発経験は特に歓迎）
・鉄鋼業界または類似する製造業の業務知見
・SAP以外のERP（Oracle、Dynamics、Workday 等）の開発・運用保守経験
・グローバルプロジェクト経験（海外拠点との連携、英語での会議対応）
・BAPI/ユーザEXIT/BAdI等の拡張経験
・OData, インターフェース開発などの経験
