- メディカルインフォメーション（MI）業務全般の統括
- コールセンター対応の二次回答、FAQ・DI資材の作成・改訂・承認管理
- 文献管理、学術検証、パートナー企業との連携
- 医療用オピオイド製品（例：Norspan Tape）の厚労省対応、使用適正管理、教育活動
- EPPV/IITデータを活用した出版企画、学会発表準備
- 医療現場のニーズ把握、情報収集、生産的な情報共有エコシステムの構築
