採用活動全般（計画、面接、オンボーディング）
労務管理、従業員関係、懲戒対応等の労働法準拠運用
給与・福利厚生・勤怠・各種人事データ管理
目標設定、評価、人材育成などのパフォーマンスマネジメント支援
エンゲージメント向上施策およびタレント開発の推進
人事ポリシーの整備とコンプライアンス遵守
