Description

• Planning, requirements definition, and progress management of engineering and other technical projects
• Coordination and communication with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
• Risk management, issue management, schedule management, and roadmap planning
• Quality control and support for release processes
• Process improvement and optimization to enhance overall project execution

• Business‑level Japanese proficiency (Japanese nationals welcomed)
• Experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead in technical projects (Agile experience a plus)
• Basic understanding of system development, digital products, infrastructure, or web technologies
• Experience using project/issue management tools such as Jira, Backlog, or Asana
