Analyzing users' requirements and providing system solutions

Required Skills
Extensive experience in Salesforce platform development and implementation (3+ years)
Deep expertise and practical experience in Apex development
Experience in designing and developing integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Profound knowledge and practical experience in Salesforce system operation and maintenance
Strong analytical skills and experience defining requirements to solve business problems
Excellent technical design skills and solution proposal capabilities
Strong communication skills that energize the team, with an open-minded and collaborative spirit
Languages: Japanese and English (business level)
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as an Engineering Lead or in Project Management
Experience in modern backend development (especially Java, Spring Framework)
Frontend UI development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Development and operations experience in Unix/Linux environments, including shell scripting
Practical experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously
