Job Description
同社が展開する海外引越サービス（主に日本人駐在員およびそのご家族向け）の営業企画、営業サポート業務を担当いただきます。日系企業向けの営業活動から、全インドの拠点を跨いだ管理業務まで、幅広くご担当いただきます。
■ 営業活動（新規・既存顧客向け）
・日系企業向けの新規顧客開拓、および既存顧客フォロー
└ 訪問・商談、ニーズヒアリング、サービス提案
└ 商工会や関連イベントへの出席・ネットワーキングによる関係構築
■ 営業管理・オペレーション統括
・日本側統括部との情報連携・レポーティング（案件状況、サービス品質、課題共有 等）
・全インド拠点の海外引越し事業の案件取りまとめ
・大型入札案件（RFP等）の情報取りまとめ、および日本側との協議・対応支援
・各拠点への業務ガイドライン展開、業務標準化の推進
■ 内部管理業務
・南アジア地域統括への月次報告
・各拠点における監査対応（書類整備、業務プロセス確認 等）
■ 現場・拠点サポート
・商戦期の現場業務立ち合い
・人員不足拠点への短期出張による業務支援
■ 付随業務
日本本社から展開される資料の翻訳（日本語 ⇄ 英語）
