このポジションは、国際物流を支える海運ビジネスに携わるポジションです。船舶運航のサポートを通じてグローバルな実務経験を積むことができ、海外とのコミュニケーションや港湾手配など、多岐にわたる業務を担当していただきます。
職務内容
船舶の運航状況・動静のモニタリング
航海指示書の作成および港湾代理店への連絡・調整
用船者への運賃請求および港湾代理店などへの支払手配
船長・港湾代理店とのメール・電話によるコミュニケーション
船舶への燃料・潤滑油の手配
乗組員手配の補助業務
応募資格
Microsoft Office（Outlook, Excel 等）の操作に習熟している方
英語での読み書き・会話が可能な方
スペイン語スキルをお持ちの方は歓迎
勤務地 ニュージャージー州エングルウッド・クリフス（オンサイト勤務）
給与 USD50,000-60,000
