Position:          Engineering Supervisor

Basic Salary:    Maximum 32,000 THB/Month + Other Allowance

Job Description:

Production Engineering

• Supervise and control engineering activities in steel cutting, forming, and welding processes

• Oversee machines such as automatic cutting machines, gas cutting, plasma cutting, and CNC machines

• Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and holding devices for welding and assembly processes

• Improve manufacturing processes to reduce scrap and increase productivity

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to drawings, specifications, and shop floor operations

• Prepare work instructions (WI) and technical reports

Customer Coordination

• Communicate and coordinate with Thai and Japanese customers

• Clarify product specifications, drawings, and welding standards

• Provide progress reports and project updates to customers

• Handle drawing changes, engineering change requests (ECN), and technical discussions

• Participate in customer meetings regarding technical matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel structure fabrication or welding manufacturing

• Experience in jig and fixture design.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant design software.

• Experience in customer coordination is required.

• Good command of English (Japanese language skills will be an advantage).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
