会社概要：
タイ在住の日本人生徒を対象に、質の高い学習指導や受験対策を提供しています。文系科目や語学教育に強みを持ち、国際的な環境で生徒の学力維持と将来のキャリア形成をサポートしています。
仕事内容：
■日本人学校や一部インターナショナルスクールに通う小中学生を対象とした、1クラス最大10名程度の少人数制集団指導（国語・英語）
■生徒一人ひとりの習熟度や状況に合わせたきめ細やかな学習指導および授業準備（教材作成業務はなし）
■面談や電話、メールを通じた保護者への学習状況の報告および信頼関係の構築。
■週次ミーティングへの参加を含む教室運営全般の事務・管理業務。
【必須条件】
■塾もしくは学校等で子どもへの指導経験をお持ちの方
■教育に対する熱意をお持ちの方
【歓迎条件】
■海外居住経験をお持ちの方
■タイ現地にて面接可能な方
