日系家具・インテリア小売企業のタイ法人になります。企画・製造・物流・販売までを一貫して行う独自のビジネスモデルを展開。タイ進出以来、バンコク主要都市のショッピングモールを中心に急速な多店舗展開を進めており、現地の豊かな暮らしの基盤づくりに貢献しています。
職務内容
■物件リサーチおよび市場調査： 商圏分析、ショッピングセンターの視察、顧客・テナント属性の分析、売上予測の策定、既存店との比較分析、および収支シミュレーションの実施
■物件オーナーとの交渉： 出店条件の提案、契約内容の交渉、内外装工事の区分整理や資産区分の協議、競合他社の動向分析
■新規出店サポート： オープンに向けたプロモーション活動、オーナーとの最終調整、メディア対応のサポート
■既存店への支援： SNSを活用した販促活動の展開、および社内各部署との連携・調整

【必須条件】
■小売業界での店舗開発、または不動産業界での開発営業実務のご経験をお持ちの方
【歓迎条件】
■前向きで柔軟な思考を持ち、自ら主体的に行動できる方
■普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方
