        Our client is Electronic industry. They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Position :                               Material and Logistics Manager

Location :                              WHA, Chonburi

Business Type :                    Home appliance industry 

Working day :                        Mon – Fri (08.00-17.00 hrs.)

Benefit :

• Salary Total package : 100,000-120,000 THB/ month negotiated depending on experience.

Qualifications:    

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics&Supply Chain ,Business, Administration ,Engineer or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Logistics&Supply Chain in Freight forwarding business.
• Good communication in English (Communicate with Oversea team).
• knowledge in Polymer or injection business is preferred

• Good communication in English.(contact with oversea team)

• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Job description

• Oversee the creation, management, and timely release of daily production orders to ensure alignment with production schedules and customer delivery expectations.

• Deliver clear and consistent communication of production plans to shop floor teams through daily briefings and visual management tools.
• Review and interpret MRP reports to initiate necessary actions that support inventory targets and minimize logistics costs.
• Engage proactively with suppliers to manage forecasts and identify potential risks that could impact operations.
• Drive inventory optimization efforts while maintaining high standards of stock accuracy.
• Track and evaluate supplier delivery performance, ensuring commitments are met according to schedule.
• Support new product launches by coordinating material procurement and maintaining up-to-date schedules and progress reports.
• Assess supplier capacity against Sales and Production Plans (PIC), and implement corrective measures when gaps are identified.
• Lead and manage all operational activities, including coaching, training, and performance evaluation of team members. 

Supervise raw material procurement, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery of both local and imported materials and packaging. 

• Ensure high quality and reliability of suppliers through effective supplier evaluation, development, and ongoing performance management.
• Manage end‑to‑end warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, material transfer, packaging, storing, and shipping, with a focus on minimizing storage and transportation costs.
• Control inventory of raw materials and finished goods according to targets; perform stock checks and prepare analytical inventory reports with action plans.
• Coordinate shipment vendors to achieve high delivery performance while optimizing transportation costs.
• Oversee customs clearance for import and export activities, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination with third‑party service providers.
• Manage local toll manufacturers and ensure operational efficiency within Thailand.
