Our client specializes in Electronics Manufacturing business

Position:    EHS Section Manager
Salary:        50,000 – 60,000 THB 
Location:    Ayutthaya Factory

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS & RBA management systems (ISO45001, ISO14001, RBA), including system audits and compliance activities.
• Support and manage incident response, including accidents, injuries, infectious diseases, emergencies, and follow-up corrective actions.
• Lead risk management processes, such as hazard identification, risk assessments, and hazardous substance control.
• Plan and execute annual safety, health, training and budget programs, ensuring continuous improvement of EHS performance and provide report.
• Conduct EHS training and safety committee activities, promoting safety awareness across all divisions.
• Oversee security systems and CCTV operations, and perform special tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science or any related.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address EHS risks.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Proactive and driven to continuously improve EHS performance.
