Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Customs Manager who holds a valid Customs Specialist License and has solid expertise in customs clearance operations. This role requires strong knowledge in customs regulations, tariff classification, and end-to-end import/export processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure smooth and compliant customs operations.
Oversee daily customs clearance operations (import & export) to ensure full compliance with Thai Customs regulations
Review and validate HS/Tariff codes, duty rates, and required documentationProvide guidance and problem-solving support for complex customs cases
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ operation team members
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, customs officers, and clients
Monitor regulatory updates and ensure all processes are aligned with the latest customs laws and regulations
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all customs-related documentation
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
Must hold a valid Customs Specialist License
Minimum 10+ years of experience in customs clearance operations in freight forwarding business
Strong expertise in HS/Tariff code classification
Experience managing and developing a team of 10 or more people
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
