Mobile Lead Developer -Bilingual

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bilingual Project Lead to manage and drive mobile and web application development projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills in Japanese, and a proactive attitude to successfully lead cross-functional teams and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the development of Mobile and Web applications, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
3. Drive cloud-based solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure services.
4. Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
5. Facilitate communication between onsite and offshore teams, and coordinate with various technical and business stakeholders.
6. Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, processes, and methodologies.
7. Act as a point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
8. Foster a proactive and energetic team environment to drive productivity and collaboration.

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Mobile and Web application development.
2. Strong expertise in cloud technologies, with deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
3. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best practices.
4. Energetic, proactive, and extroverted personality with a strong problem-solving mindset.
5. Strong communication skills in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N3) to effectively interact with clients and team members.
6. Prior experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
