Job Description
- Defining quality goals and strategies for the project, especially in the upstream process
- Consulting and advice to project managers
- Defining requirements for upstream processes, project processes from external design to operation, and ensuring product quality
- Identify risks and issues, and work with the project manager to address any identified risks and improvements.
- Planning operational processes with staff from each department within FPT and customers
- Defining quality assurance guidelines and managing project quality, training team members
