Technical Specialist/App Architect (Salesforce, ServiceNow)

In this position, you will act as a technical specialist/architect in various fields such as cloud applications, ERP, and Salesforce, and lead the technical implementation in the design and operation of large-scale systems.

Your mission is to stay up to date with the latest technology trends and propose and implement optimal technical solutions to our customers' business challenges. We expect you to lead the entire project team from a technical perspective and promote the construction of high-quality systems.
In the future, you may also be asked to take on a wider range of roles, such as formulating technology strategies and introducing new technologies, by leveraging your technical expertise and experience.

- In system development projects utilizing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), you will be responsible for overall design, technical configuration and standardization (microservices, container infrastructure, API design, managed service utilization), and non-functional requirement response (availability, scalability, security, cost optimization).
*This position focuses on application design and development on cloud services, rather than traditional infrastructure design and development.

1. Cloud application architect
   - Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) at the certification level　
   - Expertise in architecture design (microservices, container infrastructure, API design, managed service utilization)
2. Salesforce expert/consultant
   ・2+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.), 5+ years of web system development experience
   ・Understanding of Salesforce integration tools/APIs
3. ServiceNow Expert/Consultant
   - ServiceNow CMA or CTA certified
   - 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or implementation of ServiceNow solutions
   - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration
4. SAP engineer/consultant
   , experience in SAP product implementation projects as a business/application consultant/designer,
   experience in projects using SAP products (especially SAP S/4Hana Public/Private Cloud, BTP, AI, SAC)
   , SAP certification
   , development experience using the ABAP language
5. Dynamics365 engineer/consultant
   - Experience in implementing Dynamics365 product implementation projects as a business/application consultant/designer
   - Experience in implementing projects using Dynamics365 products (especially D365, FO, SCM, CRM)
6. mcframe solution architect
   - Experience in implementing and customizing production management systems (mcframe/Apriso, etc.)
   - Experience in fit and gap analysis, and the ability to define requirements and propose additional development
