本ポジションは、基幹業務アプリケーションの運用・保守・改善を担いながら、MS365およびPower Platformを活用した業務効率化を推進いただく役割です。グローバルソリューション（SFDC）への移行にも関与し、DXを牽引する重要なポジションです。

基幹システム刷新やDX推進プロジェクトが進行中で、IT領域の強化を進めています。
Description
- 基幹業務アプリケーションの運用・保守・改善
- （Customer Complaint Management System、Notes、購買/ワークフローシステム等）
- 既存システムのグローバルソリューション（SFDC）への移行準備・対応
- MS365 / Power Platform（Power Apps、Power Automate、Power BI）を用いた業務プロセス自動化・効率化の推進
- DX推進チームの一員として各部門と連携し改善提案・実装
- SQL（特にMicrosoft SQL Server）を用いたデータ関連業務
- IT SOX 窓口としての社内対応
- 社内外ステークホルダー（社外ベンダー含む）との調整・問い合わせ対応
