大手インターネットサービスグループ傘下の国内大手決済サービス企業でのポジションです。加盟店向けおよび社内向けソリューションの開発を担うチームに所属し、業務効率化・DX化を推進しています。
Description
- 社内業務ユーザーとの課題ヒアリング
- 業務プロセスの可視化および整理
- BPMソリューション（Pega / Salesforce / kintone）への業務プロセス落とし込み
- 各種業務アプリケーションの設計・開発・運用
- 審査、精算、売上計上、キャンペーン関連業務に関わる改善支援

- Pega / MuleSoft / Salesforce のいずれかでの開発経験

- PEGA Platform の導入・標準機能利用・カスタマイズ経験
- 既存業務システムの運用保守経験
- 課題分析・要件定義の経験
- ユーザーと円滑に対話できるコミュニケーションスキル
