Join a global financial services company with a strong presence in Japan as an IT Helpdesk Engineer, supporting daily IT operations for the Japan office. You will provide hands-on desktop and user support for approximately 70 internal users, the majority of whom are Japanese speakers, within an English-speaking corporate environment.
