ポジションの目的
この職務では、科学機器およびバイオプロセス機器の設置、保守、トラブルシューティング、システム検証など、専門的な技術サポートを提供します。また、部門横断的な連携と技術的リーダーシップを通じて、サービス戦略、プロジェクトの遂行、顧客関係管理にも貢献します。
主な責任
GMP 標準 (IQ/OQ) に従って実験室および製造設備を設置、保守、検証します。
契約、検査、スペアパーツなど、主要な顧客向けのサービス ソリューションを提案および管理します。
国内外のチームと連携して顧客の要件に対応し、サービスの品質を確保し、ビジネス計画をサポートします。
中規模から大規模の機器設置のプロジェクト リーダーとして、部門間の調整を行います。
必要な認証の取得など、新しい機器の発売に備えます。
技術チームの派遣を通じてリモートでサポートを提供し、オンサイト サービスを調整します。
資格
生物学、生化学、機械工学、 電気工学 などの関連分野の学士号 （推奨）。
フィールド サービス、テクニカル サポート、または関連するエンジニアリング分野での3 年以上の 経験。
優れた対人スキルとコミュニケーションスキルを持ち、顧客やチームと効果的に連携できる能力。日本語能力N2以上。
サービスの効率性と成果の向上を目的とした、問題解決の考え方とビジネス感覚。
日本で有効な運転免許証
