業務内容
医療・製薬、美容、製造業などの業界展示会における運営計画の立案・実行
会場設営、出展者ブース配置、動線設計、施工会社との調整
出展企業・来場者・協力会社との連絡調整およびサポート対応
展示会当日の現場運営(受付、誘導、トラブル対応など)
展示会終了後のレポート作成、改善提案、次回開催に向けた準備
海外チームとの連携による運営基準の調整・共有
