• 社内向けデータベースサーバーの構築・運用・保守
• データベースのパフォーマンス監視およびチューニング対応
• 障害発生時のトラブルシューティングおよび原因分析
• DB環境の設計・改善・ドキュメント管理
• バックアップ管理およびリカバリ対応
• 技術的課題の分析および関係者へのレポーティング
• 他の技術チームとの連携による安定運用の推進

As a DBA / Database Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing internal database environments that support business-critical systems. This role focuses on database reliability, performance improvement, and data protection across enterprise infrastructure. You will work closely with other technical teams to ensure stable operations and long-term system health in a structured and precision-driven environment.

• Build, operate, and maintain database servers supporting internal systems
• Monitor database performance and apply tuning to improve stability and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents and operational issues
• Design, implement, and maintain database environments
• Manage database backups and execute recovery procedures when required
• Analyze technical issues and report findings clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to support system operations

必須条件経験・資格：

• DBAまたはデータベースエンジニアとしての経験3年以上
• Microsoft SQL Serverの実務経験
• RDBMSアーキテクチャに関する基本的な理解
• 本番環境におけるデータベース運用経験

• 論理的に課題を分析できる問題解決力
• 細部まで気を配る注意力、作業の正確性
• 安定運用を目指す責任感

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：中級〜ビジネスレベル

• 社内基幹システムや業務システムの運用経験
• データベース性能改善や障害対応の経験

• 3+ years of experience as a DBA or Database Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Solid understanding of RDBMS architecture and database operations
• Experience supporting production database environments

• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach
• High attention to detail and operational accuracy
• Ability to work reliably in structured, business-critical environments

• Japanese: Fluent
• English: Intermediate to Business level

• Experience working with internal enterprise systems
• Exposure to database performance tuning or incident response
