• スケジュール、成果物、リソース、予算を含む詳細なプロジェクト計画の策定・管理
• 進捗管理、リスクの早期特定・エスカレーション、レポーティング
• 部門横断メンバーとの連絡調整
• 課題解決（状況の変化に迅速・臨機応変に対応し、プロジェクトを推進すること）
• エンジニア・マネジメント・ビジネス側とのコミュニケーション強化
• プロジェクト計画書、進捗報告書、議事録などのドキュメント整備
• JIRA、Confluence等を活用したプロジェクト管理プロセスの改善

Join a leading fintech and payment services company supporting one of Japan's largest digital ecosystems. As a FinTech Project Manager, you will lead complex, database-focused projects that underpin mission-critical payment platforms. This role sits at the core of high-trust financial systems, requiring strong delivery discipline, stakeholder alignment, and a focus on operational reliability in a fast-moving but stable fintech environment.

• Build and manage detailed project plans covering timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets
• Track progress, identify risks early, and escalate issues with clear and structured reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
• Resolve blockers quickly and keep initiatives moving in changing conditions
• Strengthen communication between engineers, managers, and business stakeholders
• Maintain high-quality documentation including project plans, status reports, and meeting records
• Continuously improve project management practices using tools such as JIRA and Confluence

必須条件経験・資格：

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験3年以上
• うち、DBまたはインフラ関連プロジェクトに関わった経験1年以上
• MySQL等のデータベース環境に関する基礎的な理解
• 複数プロジェクトのスケジュール、リソース、進捗を同時並行的に管理した実績
• Excel、PowerPoint、JIRA、Confluenceなどのツールを用いたプロジェクト・タスク管理能力
• ステークホルダーマネジメント、リレーションシップマネジメント能力

• 自立して業務を進めつつ、チームの一員として成果を出せる協調性
• 学習意欲、向学心
• ポジティブ思考、プロアクティブな姿勢

• 日本語：ネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC800点以上目安）

• キャッシュレス決済、ペイメントサービス、その他フィンテック関連のプロジェクト経験や知識
• フィンテックに対する興味関心

• 3+ years of project management experience, including at least 1 year on database or infrastructure-related projects
• Solid foundational understanding of databases, particularly MySQL environments
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and progress across multiple parallel projects
• Advanced proficiency with project and task management tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence

• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• Proactive, positive mindset with strong motivation to learn
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills

• Japanese: Native level
• English: Intermediate to Business level (TOEIC 800+ equivalent)

• Work on highly trusted payment systems with real-world financial impact
