本ポジションは、金融業界のクライアントに対し、DX戦略の策定から実行支援までをリードする役割です。経営層とのディスカッションを通じ、ビジョンや組織・業務の将来像を描きながらプロジェクトを推進いただきます。

職務内容
経営者との対話を通じた DX ビジョン・成長戦略の策定
業務プロセス、システム全体像、組織体制まで含めた計画立案
プロジェクトの主導および推進
ビジネス部門・IT 部門・外部ベンダーとの連携/合意形成
主に保険会社を中心とした金融クライアント向けプライム案件の対応
条件・待遇
年収：1,200 万円〜2,000 万円
