Job Description
欧州系ファームである当社にて、ビジネスアナリストとしてクライアントの変革実現を支援する役割を担います。未経験の方でもコンサルタントとして成長できるようにサポートは充実しています!
ご入社後はまず、コンサルタントとしての基礎を学ぶために細分化されたタスク(議事録取りや調査、データ分析等)からお任せします。フラットなコミュニケーションを取れるメンバーばかりで、かつ入社後はメンターもつくので業務で困ったことがあっても、すぐに解決できる環境です。
基本的なスキル・知識を向上させながら、自身の強みを中心としたコンサルタントに求められるスキル・知識全体の向上を図っていただきます。
