エンジニア組織改善SaaSのプロダクトにおいて、UX課題の発見からUI/UX設計、ユーザー調査、デザインシステム運用までを担うUIUXデザイナーポジションです。
PdM・エンジニアと密に連携し、定性/定量の根拠に基づくプロダクト改善を推進します。

Description
UX上の課題発見
課題解決のためのUI/UX設計、情報設計、デザイン
定性/定量調査、分析（ユーザーインタビュー等）
PdM／エンジニアと連携したプロジェクト推進
デザインシステムの開発・運用
デザインレビュー
サービス改善施策の立案
※志向に応じ、企画やIA設計なども広く関与可能
