Position:                                 Production Manager/ Senior Manager

Salary:                                     100,000 – 140,000 THB / month

Welfares:                                  Bonus, PVF, Life& Health Insurance    

Location:                                 Sriracha, Chonburi

Working Day:                           Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday)

Responsibilities: 

• Provide strong, fair, and respectful leadership to all staff in Production.

• Establish a positive workplace culture that reduces turnover and fosters employee engagement.

• Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and collaboration.

• Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, IATF 16949, and other automotive industry requirements.

• Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues quickly.

• Drive efficiency improvements through lean manufacturing and process optimization.

• Anticipate and address operational challenges proactively.

• Support company goals by balancing productivity with employee well-being.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Proven track record of managing diverse teams and improving workplace culture.

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement practices.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities.

• Resilient, decisive, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
