Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
A growing organization is seeking an IT Enterprise Systems Engineer to support the modernization of corporate systems across workflow automation, data integration, analytics, ERP, and logistics. This role is central to developing integrations, improving reporting architecture, and enhancing the company’s data and analytics platform. You will help build optimized queries, create reports, and deliver reliable system integrations.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Lead the implementation and integration of new enterprise platforms across the modernization roadmap.

  • Translate business requirements into scalable system designs with business units and IT leadership.

  • Manage smooth migration from legacy systems to modern platforms while maintaining performance.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

  • Build BI reports, dashboards, and data insights to support informed decision‑making.

  • Design, maintain, and optimize databases, data integrations, and ETL processes using APIs and integration tools.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and governance compliance.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.

  • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and tools such as Tableau.

  • Experience managing reporting and analytics resources for enterprise BI solutions.

  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.

  • Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and business analysis tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and ability to interpret complex supply chain challenges.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to present technical data to non‑technical stakeholders.

     

 

SALARY USD $122,600–$135,000
