IT Infrastructure Management 

[Overview] 

You will be responsible for designing, building, and operating a global IT infrastructure 

environment, supporting business efficiency and stable system operation. In addition to 

managing the ever-evolving network, server, and cloud environments, you will also 

contribute to strengthening security measures and optimizing performance. 

This is an important position that supports the sustainable growth of the Yonex Group with 

infrastructure and technology, while incorporating innovative technologies. 

[Role]  ​

・Design, build, and manage IT infrastructure to maintain a stable system environment.  ​

・Introduce and optimize new technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency and 

productivity.  ​

・Manage security risks and ensure the safety of corporate data and systems.  ​

・Quickly identify and resolve technical issues to improve system reliability. 　​

・Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote infrastructure planning 

and implementation for projects 

【Responsibilities】 ​

• Infrastructure management: Operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of global networks, servers,  and cloud environments ​
• Security measures: System vulnerability assessment, introduction and maintenance of security  measures ​
• Technological innovation: Proposing business improvements through research and utilization of the  latest technologies  
• Cost management: Optimizing IT infrastructure implementation and operational costs, and managing budgets ​
• Document management: Organizing operational procedures and troubleshooting records, and sharing technical knowledge​
• Team collaboration: Collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to contribute to the  success of projects 

[Required skills and experience] ​

• Language skills: Japanese , English ( Business Level) ​

• Experience in designing and operating networks, servers, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)  ​

• Experience in system troubleshooting and responding to incidents  ​

• Experience in managing Linux/Windows​

 • Experience in constructing intercontinental VPNs and dedicated lines (e.g., bypassing China's Great Firewall) ​

• Knowledge of security measures and risk management 

• Technical problem-solving skills and logical thinking

• Programming (Python, Bash, etc. shell scripting) ​

• Container technology (Docker, Kubernetes)​

• Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
