- 役員およびチームのスケジュール調整、会議設定、出張手配（航空券・宿泊・交通）の一括管理
- ビザ申請や関係各所（旅行代理店、大使館、グループ会社など）との連携を含む出張関連サポート
- CIBOチームを代表した各種コミュニケーション対応（メール・電話）、社内外ステークホルダーとの連絡窓口
- 会議・イベントの企画運営（会場・宿泊手配、参加者との連絡調整など）および経費精算
- 各種申請書類の作成 文書作成・ファイル管理・機密情報の取り扱い、ならびにAdhocでのタスク
- 英語および日本語でビジネスレベルの読み書き・コミュニケーションが可能な方
