A company in the IT solutions industry is hiring for a Manager, Network & Cyber Security position. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions that meet customer needs.
They are in search of a Manager, Network & Cyber Security
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead overall Network & Cyber Security Services in Singapore, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence.
Manage and mentor engineering teams, including local staff and outsourced/remote resources.
Oversee business planning, service roadmaps, and long‑term portfolio development.
Own P&L, budgeting, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
Govern network service delivery across leased lines, IP‑VPN/MPLS, L2VPN, Internet, and multi‑carrier environments.
Lead cyber security service design and operations (EDR/MDR, SOC/SOCaaS, vulnerability management, IR, etc.).
Provide pre‑sales support, solution design, and sales enablement across internal stakeholders.
Serve as the final escalation point for network outages, security incidents, high‑risk changes, and complex customer needs.
Collaborate closely with APAC regional teams and Japan HQ to align standards, offerings, and execution models.
Establish governance, enforce SLAs/policies, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in network services, IT infrastructure
Server/ Cloud (Linux, Nutanix) implementation and troubleshooting experience
Proven leadership in managing technical teams and outsourced/remote engineering resources.
Strong hands‑on expertise in IP‑VPN/MPLS, L2/L3 networking, Internet services, and multi‑carrier environments.
Understanding of cyber security fundamentals, managed security services, and incident response.
Ability to act as a senior engineer during critical troubleshooting or incident escalation.
Experience in business planning, P&L ownership, cost management, and service profitability analysis.
Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for sales teams, management, and customers.
Experience working with regional stakeholders and Japan HQ (highly preferred).
Business-level English (spoken and written).
